Dodson Avenue Community Health Center is a multi-specialty  and comprehensive primary care health care facility, with three facilities which offer  affordable and accessible high-quality medical and dental care. This health clinic has board-eligible or board-certified  professional providers including, internal medicine specialists, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and dentists.

Payment is be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash, money order, or check, at the time of service.   TennCare coverage is accepted through Blue Care, John Deere, PHP and TennCare Select,   Medicare and most private insurance are also accepted - please call and check if your insurance is accepted  before going to the clinic.  If there are any co-pays required, they are the responsibility of the patient to pay.   

As service is billed at a sliding scale, you may be eligible for reduced fee for health care services.  Please note that you will be required to provide proof of income showing your name and address to receive reduced fee treatment at the time of service, such as a tax return, paycheck stubs, social security income statement, benefit letter, etc.
