York County Free Clinic is a free clinic in Rock Hill (York County) that provides health care to uninsured residents of York County who are eligible for free medical care.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Residents of York County
  • Between the ages of 18-64
  • Has no health insurance coverage
  • Has no Medicaid and/or Medicare coverage
  • Has no Veteran's Benefits
  • Has an income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Patient Eligibility is offered by appointment only. Please call York County Free Clinic to schedule an appointment at 803-366-6337.



What to Bring to your Eligibility Appointment

  • Medicaid denial letter, if you have have applied and been denied for Medicaid
  • Identification such as a photo ID, valid driver's license with current address, passport or visa
  • Social Security card
  • Bill in the patient's name and address such as a utility bill (dated within last month)
  • Income verification within the last month - must provide one of the following for each adult household member: month recent paycheck stubs, food stamp, previous year's tax return or W-2 statement, Social Security benefit letter, pension income statement, housing authority letter or any other form of proof of income that you can provide
  • Please note that income verification must be done an on annual basis or whether there is a change to your residency, income, and/or job status.
